OpenStack is an open source cloud computing platform designed by Rackspace and NASA in July 2010. Currently, more than 500 companies have joined the project, including IBM, Fujitsu, Oracle, Yahoo, Citrix, Dell, AMD, Intel, Canonical, SUSE, HP and Cisco Systems and many other companies.
