This meditation series gives you powerful tools to overcome struggles in your everyday life. Each lesson will take you one step closer to the strength, growth and freedom that come from being vulnerable and open to love.

By adding these meditations to your daily routine, you will understand that love, belonging and your worthiness aren’t things you need to earn – they are yours already. You will learn to open your biggest desires to the universe and connect to your inner power. Along the way you’ll discover that failure isn’t possible, and that struggles you experience are simply shifts along the road to love.

These are the meditations that I’ve incorporated into my daily life. They have transformed how I approach and connect with the world. They are perfect for anyone who has experienced difficulty with meditating. They will deepen your connection to your yoga practice and expose you to a life filled with compassion and love!

Day 1: Be Vulnerable

It took seeing my entire life transform through meditation – not yoga asana alone – for me to realize that meditation is something worth sharing.

“Transcend fear" has become my daily mantra. I allow it to drive every area of my life and by doing so, I’ve experienced life in a very special way. Almost like a dream I create breath by breath, I feel my manifestations come to fruition moment to moment!

A little tip from someone who can’t sit still for 5 minutes: make it your number one priority. My goal is to meditate before I leave my room in the morning. This keeps it from getting lost in the shuffle or the "I’ll do it later" mindset.

Day 2: Invite Gratitude

I know just how transformative meditation can be. People have asked me "who is meditation for?" and I was stumped. Meditation is a one-size-fits-all kind of deal. It’s like asking "who is breathing for?" E V E R Y O N E.

Actively set the intention to find gratitude in every situation (even those that don’t seem to be deserving) and you will find yourself living a life filled with joy. Sometimes even the slightest smile can lighten your perception of an experience. Car trouble on the way to work? It’s ok. Be grateful you’re alive and well. Breakup? It’s ok. Out with the old and welcome the new. Struggling with a pose it feels like you won’t ever get? You’re e x a c t l y where you should be. Be grateful for the process, the journey. Grateful for a body that feels and communicates. “Today my heart is open and filled with love and gratitude for the life I live and the people in it.”

Day 3: Imperfections

When I find myself struggling to get back into my healthy routines, I’ve found a few things that help: ?

Meditate. Every day.

And journal! Write about your day and then reflect on your writing the next day. ?

Even when you work from home, create a schedule and stick to it.

Day 4: Manifest Your Want

Plunge into the depths of your soul. Figure out what drives you, both the light and the dark. To understand the drive is to take control of the wheel and therefore, the destination.

Day 5: Failure Is Okay

You know when you’re on the right path because you feel it in your heart, your soul. You feel it in every fiber and cell of your being. It can be seen in every action, heard in every thought. It may not always be the headliner, but it’s there. Learn to dig for that. Learn to turn up the volume on that track, drowning out the self doubt or externally imposed opinions. Channeling the inherent understanding and knowledge as you place one foot in front of the next, as you go on day in day out: "I am exactly where I’m supposed to be."

Day 6: Connect To Power

What do you want to draw into your orbit? Where do you want to go, do, see, experience? How do you want to see tomorrow’s meetings, tasks and adventures to play out? Visualize it. Ask for it. Create it.

Day 7: Discover Love

Life truly is a beautiful thing and it is imperative you live your life under the paradigm that "each and every interaction is unique and irreplaceable." Live and love from the depths of your soul.
