How to methodically position yourself in a fight/assault situation to avoid and land attacks and make an escape.
*Attack:
What to hit and HOW to hit it. How to cause PAIN! This section covers “objectifying” your opponent as well as “ways of attack”.
*Straight Blast:
How to close the gap with an opponent and shut down his attack. How to breach the “critical distance” into Close Quarter Combat.
*Close Quarter Combat:
Learn how to operate where most people have no idea how to respond, close quarters. This is where you can land “fight ending blows” in rapid fire.
*Fight Psychology:
Dealing with the fear and anxiety of fighting. You will not get rid of fear. Fear is a good thing. Fear prepares your body for violent activity. It’s “cowardice” we want to avoid. Fear is transformed into “Psychological Ammunition”.
