A General Description : Libraries are modeled by botanical experts from original photos, reference sketches, and multiple reference books, and we travel and collect real samples of each plant in each library – bark and tree leaves are scanned, flower petals, fruit, are scanned, and are combined with very high quality modeling for absolutely the highest realism possible.
it contain all popular 3D formats -> MAYA, MAX, LIGHTWAVE, CINEMA4D, VUE D’ESPRIT, BRYCE, OBJ, 3DS, importer for XSI, AND our own XFROG format which you can edit with XFROG software. You also get 60, 2D billboards with alpha, and 60, 2D Perspective renders, with alpha.
The differences between v1.0 and v2.0 are – AFAIK –
that each v1.0 library came on a CD-ROM, with only XFROG and CINEMA4D mesh formats + TIFF textures,
while each v2.0 library comes on a DVD-ROM with XFROG, MAYA, MAX, LIGHTWAVE, CINEMA4D, VUE D’ESPRIT, BRYCE, OBJ and 3DS mesh formats + TIFF textures.
