So how does abstaining from food for long stretches improve your health?

To help answer the question, our next Consciousness Engineering trainer is the none other than “nutritionist to the stars, Oz Garcia, as we dive deeper into this fascinating topic of How to Use Intermittent Fasting to Live Longer.

The interesting thing about intermittent fasting is that most people don’t do it to necessarily to “lose weight” (although that is a welcome side-effect for some).

According to the latest science, intermittent fasting (when done right) can help you:

Sharpen cognitive function,
Accelerate healing,
Slow down aging,
And much, much more.
Oz has been practicing and researching different forms of intermittent fasting for over 40 years, and what blew us away was just how youthful he is. (He reveals his age at around the 11-minute mark and Vishen was certain he was at least 15-20 years younger than he really was.)

We also explore exercising in a fasting state, and contrary to what you may think, it actually improves your physical performance.
