The Basics
1) Download the Profound Releasing tracks onto your computer, then transfer into your smartphone, iPod, CD player, or other portable media device. You will want these tracks accessible so you can use them wherever you are.
2) Wear good headphones /earbuds as you listen to the tracks, whenever possible, for optimal results.
3) Sit comfortably, or lie down, with your spine straight but relaxed
