Hilary has spotted that the most successful businesses in the world don’t just rely on good management, but take good ideas from everyone.

Each episode features a different struggling business which Hilary hopes to help turn around. The boss leaves employees £30,000 to invest in new ideas. It’s an opportunity for staff to show their boss what they’re made of, make the changes they’ve always wanted to, and even advance their career.
