At midsummer, The Adventure Show heads to Torridon in the north west of Scotland for one of the world’s most extreme events: the Celtman. And extreme is the word – starting at 5am with a three-kilometre open-water swim, competitors then leap onto their bikes to pedal the next 200 kilometres. The finale is a 42-kilometre run, with an ascent of one of Scotland’s Munros thrown in for good measure.
