Any good architectural design should always start with a proper assessment of the site´s development potential.

Parametric modeling can assist early on these tasks by allowing the designer to sketch models based on site restrictions quickly. From these early models, we can extract important data like the site area, building footprints, site usage, number of levels etc. all of which can be used to evaluate the feasibility of the project and inform later design phases.
