this is meant to supersede previous vsi posts. it contains the same titles, tho often in dif format, plus many more. _stilllll not complete tho. missing about another 50 titles.
all else being equal i have preferred the smaller format, replacing pdfs with epubs. all else not being equal i have favored the best file quality, thus retaining a pdf over a badly-formatted epub or whatever. if u see a title duped in dif formats, that’d be because the smaller format has problems.

the ~ at the end of a file’s name means something is wrong with it
