Revealing documentary series that looks at the struggles on both sides of the yellow lines as motorists battle against authorities over parking on a daily basis. In the first of three episodes, ex-political reporter Nicholas Jones leads a campaign for free parking on a high street in Barnet, with local residents and businesses arguing that the current restrictions are killing off the life of the high street. Will the council agree with them? There is free parking at a hospital in Swansea but it is close to the town centre and many cannot resist taking advantage. Chaos ensues as so many try to squeeze into its limited spaces, and the hospital’s parking tribunal decides who should and should not get a fine.
