Thanks to tx42 for the heads up on this one. I was not familiar with this guy, but I have to say that I like him. I have not listened to all of it, but I have heard him mention things that I have not heard before. The purpose of this training is become more effective delivery from the platform. Something we can all use in our daily meetings with online/offline clients. The Magic Shrink Ray(™) got us about 50% reduction, but of you’re not sure about committing to such a large torrent, just download the manual and see what you think. I think it is worth a look.
