Here are some of the Joseph Campbell lectures released by Big Sur Tapes and recorded at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. A huge number of Campbell lectures were recorded there, with The World Mythology Series being the lengthiest, totaling about 15 hours on 10 cassette tapes. Unfortunately, Big Sur Tapes has discontinued the sale of their Campbell Collection. The World Mythology Series consists of two volumes entitled, World Mythology and the Individual Adventure Volume I and World Mythology and the Individual Adventure Volume II . Lot of changing coming down the pipe. Every one is being told how automation, self driving vehicles, AI etc will replace “roles”. but not much in the what should we do field. This book gives a few pointers and is a nice discussion on the overall topic.
